These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Progredi mobile application operated by Charos S.r.l. ("Charos", "we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement. Users aged 13–15 in EU member states where the digital age of consent is 16 must have parental or guardian consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Progredi is a personal wellness application that helps you track gaming sessions, monitor wellness metrics (mood, sleep, stress, focus, energy), build healthy habits, and receive AI-generated coaching insights. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Premium features require a paid subscription, billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. The applicable price is displayed before purchase.
If a free trial is offered, unused portions are forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
All refund requests are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play policies. Charos does not process refunds directly.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Important: Progredi is a personal wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical or psychological advice. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of anything you read in the App. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services immediately.
The AI Coach uses OpenAI's language model to generate personalised insights. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and does not constitute professional advice of any kind. You use AI Coach insights at your own discretion.

The App, its design, code, and brand (including "Progredi" and "Charos") are owned by Charos S.r.l. and protected by Italian and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC SITUATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAROS S.R.L. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Nothing herein limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, as required by applicable Italian law.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Italy have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
Material changes will be communicated in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
